An entrepreneur who began his journey as early as the age of nine, Jose co-founded Frontline Medical Transports LLC to elevate medical transportation services in South Texas. Jose is a respected and well-known member of his community, with decades of extensive experience in customer service, management, logistics, and business development. In 2024, he was honored as "Businessman of the Year" by The Chamber of Commerce, a testament to his leadership and contributions to the local business community. His interest in helping others and commitment to compassionate care drive the company's mission and values.

Reginaldo, a veteran of the United States Army, brings a wealth of experience to Frontline Medical Transports LLC. With over 10 years of expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety within the automotive manufacturing industry at Alcoa Fujikura Ltd., Reginaldo has a strong foundation in compliance and safety. He began his medical career in 2005 as an EMT-Basic at South Texas EMS Academy, followed by earning his EMT-Paramedic certification in 2007. His dedication to excellence was recognized when he received the VVRMC Auxiliary Scholarship that same year. In 2022, he further advanced his education by obtaining an Associate of EMS degree from Victoria College. Reginaldo’s extensive experience and commitment to compliance ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in our operations.

Carlos is a highly skilled paramedic with a keen focus on infection control and information management. He began his journey in emergency medical services in 2015 as an EMT-Basic at Del Rio High School CTE and progressed to become an EMT-Paramedic in 2019. In 2023, he achieved the prestigious Flight Paramedic certification from the International Board of Specialty Certification (IBSC). Carlos’s expertise in infection control is critical to maintaining a safe and sterile environment for both patients and staff. His proficiency in managing information systems enhances our operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Jesus, known affectionately as Chuy, has been a dedicated emergency medical technician since 2003. He expanded his skills by becoming a Texas Firefighter in 2013. His expertise in emergency management further solidifies his role as Chief Training Officer at Frontline Medical Transports LLC. Jesus is committed to ensuring that all team members receive comprehensive training and are prepared to handle any emergency with confidence and competence.

Lisa brings over 10 years of experience in customer service from the automotive industry at Alcoa Fujikura, Ltd., and another decade of experience in the healthcare industry. Her diverse background includes pharmaceuticals, direct care, orthopedics, business and accounts receivable, case management, healthcare marketing, and public relations. Lisa is actively involved in the community, having served as the Board Secretary for COTRINA (Tri-National Health Council) in 2017-2018, a member of the Del Rio Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2018-2019, and a Director on the Del Rio Hispanic Board of Directors for Women’s Issues in 2021-2022 and Public Relations in 2022-2023. Her extensive experience and community involvement make her an invaluable asset to our team.
