"Now that things have calmed down and the holidays are over, I want to take the time to thank Mr. Cruz and Mr. Kaufman.
The weekend after Thanksgiving we had to take our 4 year old little girl to STAT for labored breathing. She had been diagnosed with a respiratory infection Thanksgiving morning at VVMC when she woke up and couldn’t breathe. Unfortunately, it kept getting worse, so we took her to STAT. While there they couldn’t get her labored breathing under control due to RSV. So they advised us that she needed to be transported via ambulance to Methodist Children’s Hospital in San Antonio. Obviously to a parent, this is overwhelming and scary.
This is the point where we met these two lovely gentleman. They not only got us there quickly and safely, but they walked us through every single step and made us feel reassured and grounded. They made sure my daughter was comfortable and safe to not aggravate her which would’ve caused her oxygen to drop even more.
The stay at the hospital was a scary nightmare for us all. And is something I pray we never have to do again. But, she’s home and recovering from all the sickness she experienced. Again, the whole I just process. want to They thank made them a for terrible their professionalism, situation a little less kindness, terrible. and 🙏🏼 knowledge throughout I highly recommend this company to anyone with medical transportation needs."
